The Facility Management System is designed for estate or property management professionals. It can be applied from property handing over stage to operation lifecycle of a building project, such as helpdesk, job reports, maintenance planning, maintenance workforce balancing, workforce allocation, parts inventory control, space planning together with lease planning and control.

It automates the facility management process and creates a collaborative environment for administrative staff, maintenance staff and facilities users.

It also helps the property manager automate the lease management work and keep track of the lease expiration of every tenant.

The Facility Management System comprises three Managers :-

Maintenance Manager

Provides a maintenance execution solution that is integrated with Help Desk, Job List, Maintenance Planning, Work Report, Parts Inventory Control, Maintenance Manpower Planning and Facilities Query.

 

Property Manager

Provides a platform for residential and commercial property management company to organize lease contract everyday and to help the corporate property manager simplify the property’s handing over process.

 

Space Manager

Help corporate facility manager accurately measure building, floor, department and shared space. The measurement result can be used to effectively calculate the chargeback cost to each cost centre for occupied space.
