The Electronic Project Management System (e-PMS) is designed for project management professionals working anywhere round-the-clock or residing far away from the construction site.

Efficient communication among project parties is particularly important to the success of the construction project, the e-PMS is designed to provide real time monitor of the job progress and work status, assignment of working instruction, control of document and drawing together with dissemination of project documents in the project.

User can retrieve documents and drawings instantly through the searching engine of the system which could greatly increase the working efficiency.

The e-PMS comprises three Managers :-

Document Manager

provides a platform to organize documents for effectively sharing with the working teams and to automate the document indexing process without the attendance of document controller.

 

Drawing Manager

provides a platform to link the management of CAD drawings under a controlled environment. This enables effectively sharing the drawings on line with team members without using the relevant drafting tool.

 

Task Manager

Provides a platform to automate, refine and manage complex business processes. It improves response time turn, increases efficiency and effectiveness of business processes in an organization.
